Amy has the duty of contacting leads to market Lantei’s services, she is responsible for developing relationships with these potential and current clients.

Stuart is responsible for being the point of contact for existing clients and developing new business. He also passes on customer requirements to other departments.
Simone has the duty of delivering effective presentation of Lantei’s services. Simone is often out on the field creating new revenue streams and increasing business.
Eden books in work for the engineers and monitors their success through reviewing client satisfaction reports. She contacts the clients to ensure everything is running smoothly.
Craig is responsible for managing a range of contracts, planning engineer’s workloads and ensuring the best suited team of engineers attend jobs.
Delia works closely with clients by looking after the running of numerous contracts. She is also responsible for planning and delegating the engineer’s workload.
Kurtis is responsible for putting inspection and testing results on Lantei’s CRM system and sending the testing reports to clients as a hard copy or via Securview.
Hishaam makes sure that all inspection and testing reports sent from the engineers are correct. He then sends the reports over to clients within 10 working days.
Robbie verifies the testing reports ensuring that all details are correct, he processes technical information and guarantees that clients receive their reports on time.
Suzanne has the duties of arranging and booking in appointments and checking in with engineers on a daily basis to ensure that everything is running smoothly on site.
Stephen is responsible for managing the portable appliance testing engineers, he plans and books in appointments and produces the PAT reports for clients.
Amy is working closely with the Finance department, gaining knowledge on how to deal with purchase ledgers, bank reconciliation and completing administration tasks.
Harry is in charge of processing sales invoices and dealing with queries from our customers. He also ensures that customer payments and credits are made.
Sophie is in charge for writing content for the website, gaining coverage from the press releases that she writes and managing the company’s social media channels.
Eleanor is learning how to use a variety of Adobe software’s to assist the Marketing team with video, photography, and design materials.
Agnes operates the telephones, she deals with all requests efficiently using her customer service skills. Agnes also provides administration support for the company.
