TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

  • 17th edition wiring regulations
  • City and Guilds 2391 inspection and testing certificate (or equivalent)

Evidence proven skill and experience in the electrical industry

Essential skills and strengths:

  • You will have had a successful career in B2B business development as a successful executive. Ideally you have been involved in the facilities management / electrical compliance sector and have a solid understanding of the electrical testing market. Don’t be put off if you’ve come from a different industry though, the successful candidate will be able to ‘open doors’ in any industry.
  • You’ll have a track record of winning new business from a cold start and growing revenue.
  • Great communication, at all levels.
  • Tech and business savvy – we use CRM systems and end to end software systems which you may have used or be able to master quickly.
  • You’re a loyal team player.
  • We want to get to know you and work as a team so you’ll be located within commuting distance to work out of our office in Preston.

 

How you can help us grow:

  • We’re hungry for new business and you’re the one who’s going to win it by self-generating and acquiring new business opportunities from a cold start.
  • You’re going to be delivering constant growth in profitable sales by developing sales plans to attract new business.
  • You’re already up to speed with all of the marketing media platforms such as Twitter, Linkedin etc so you’re going to make sure we are across all of them.
  • You will need to be able to work on your own initiative.

 

What can we offer you to come and join us:

  • We’re offering a basic salary of £20,000. That’s just the start though we are also offering uncapped commission. We would expect OTE would be around £30,000.
